I am a Webby Award-winning product designer. I love big, meaty complex problems. My strengths are big picture thinking and bold concept and visioning. Journalism and telling human stories are passions too. I have a B.S. in Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a minor in Creative Writing Non-Fiction. I value empathy, collaboration, ethics, and designing for humans.
Currently, I am a Lead Product Designer at Airbnb.org designing for social impact. Other places I have worked: Twitter, The New York Times, National Geographic, USA Today, and the Baltimore Sun Media Group. Internships at: The Minneapolis Star Tribune, Meredith Corp., and Time Inc..
